Yeah, and I know the type of firm that would sign up to 'sue on behalf of shareholders' - Rosen-like Firms. Problem is, by the time the suit got anywhere, Cellceutix would be trading near $50 and any shareholders that joined should lose half thier shares on principal. hehe
