It is virtually impossible to prove without some ironclad subpoenas but the prior bad acts already recognized and ruled upon by the courts will provide a lot of leverage to get them. If they play a subterfuge game - they will get hammered. Unlike HRCs disappearing emails/servers - they wont be able to hide behind a very willing administration.
