I don't believe the partner is Chinese. Fred mentioned that he introduced the possible partner to Amarantus.
I would believe it's a possible east coast partner, maybe a smaller "nasdaq hopefully " and not a OTC company.
IR also mentioned that they expect the 10Q to be released next week. My opinion is 75 to 80 million shared OS.
