SVTE: Best time to buy in ASAP
SVTE acquired deltastag (revs now ~3.6m annually; small operating profit last Q) in 2013, last month they acquired MCV comp. INC (private business with ~2m rev last year and running on operating profits. SVTE paid some cash (generated by a non convertible non toxic loan), some shares (our complaint: we don't know how many shares and if common or preferred). The lack of guidance and some conversion of three remaining notes (no new convertible loans taken or anticipated!!!) brought the pps down from the cent threshold to the 0.002s.
Market cap only $330k, which is one third of current quarterly revenue and one fifteenth of the expected annual revenue (5M).

Expected 2016 = $ 5.0 mln ( 92% increase over 2015)
10K 2015 = $2.6 mln ( 100% increase over 2014)
10K 2014 = $1.3 mln ( 30% increase over 2013)
Proper appreciation would for this sector be twice the PS ratio...around 5 cents. We should at least see 1-3 cents by EOY.
SS excellent; I expect some final rise in the coming few weeks through finishing up with the last convertible debt (declared in the last Q; 2 small notes by Tanger/1 tiny one by US Aff.) which led to the slight OS increase in the last weeks.
All in all a gem at the current entry pps...amazing potential.
