George isn't/wasn't lying about the time frame.
He was "optimistic" about the time frame.
Long time investors(most here)know to NOT take GC's time frame's as Bible verse.
Those that did -learned quickly.
I am not saying that it couldn't happen within 3 weeks but I am saying to Not Expect it to happen within 3 weeks.
This isnt like going to the Store and buying Milk .
Hell , even most real estate deals don't close on time.
This is a major contract with 2 extremely different languages and cultures.
Delays can be and should be expected.
