There is nothing wrong with being positive. But keep in mind that George is not in control of the Chinese. Unexpected issues may surface that George can not control. I doubt if China puts a lot of weight on any time line expressed by George. If they put a kink in the works there is nothing Geoirge can do about it? He has his foot in China's front door and will do all he can to preserve the relationship, even if that means delays.
