The tone of Dr. B's presentation could hardly have been more upbeat. He's a very good speaker -- clearly the experience shows.

Now: do you think anyone at this level would come on board a small company and talk like that if he thought there were any chance whatsoever that anyone would accuse him of misrepresentation down the road? Answer: no.
