No....imo, his filing status i'd assume has him unable to comment for now, if ever maybe?
He posted often that "the attorney" (I assume his own) has him pretty much gagged, words to that effect.
Once he reached 5% ownership and filed, I personally, out of respect, discontinued making contact with him.
