Update - September 9.
Nothing was said publicly by either party after the last hearing on August 24.
Case ceased to be listed on Court website on September 6.
A few shareholders have posted elsewhere over the last few days that they have called the court and have been informed that the case was dismissed on September 6.
There is now some speculation that a pre-trial settlement was reached - the original amount requested was $31M.
Worth keeping on watch for a PR going forward.
