Nobody is interested in selling and that's why the ask didn't budge today, but the bid did. They are very specific fills too, there was one fill for 340,000 shares in the ever so popular 5th decimal place.

The market cap is very small and there aren't many shares to go around, the manipulators didn't anticipate this share freeze.
