Rocky Mountain High Brands and ENM would still need to be in "talks" in order to finalize any arrangements between ENM and a major distributor if it was to be done via a joint effort like Jerry stated. A sales person wouldn't necessarily be in the loop, or allowed to give the details to anyone calling them and claiming to be a shareholder. They very likely were instructed not to give info to anyone unless directly told to do so. That's not always the case, but more recently it's been the norm.
