This afternoon would be an excellent time to issue a PR about the appeal being dismissed/dropped by the thieving lawfirm that attacked us. My guess is between 2 and 3 pm. With presentations coming out early tomorrow morning, I'm glad I'm not short, but a long investor here. Someone could get his/her ass handed to them real soon!
