Its hard not to be right when the JERKY is THAT GOOD!!!!..
I have had 4 out of the 8 flavors and 3 of them I would rate
a perfect 10/10. I wasn't crazy about the one with coconut, but
I just do not like that flavor. My relative loved it and raved about for
ten minutes till I succumbed to the pressure and gave it to her.
But, I can honestly say that the Memphis BBQ dry rub is by far my
favorite out of the 4 I have tried. I may have to do a Spinal Tap type
grade and give it an 11 out of 10. Never had a dry rub wing or meat
taste that tangy and succulent.
The whisky cured-bold steak.. was almost as good. The glaze taste on that was scrumptious...
The hobanerro was insanely HOT and TASTY...If I was drinking several beers, this would be perfect. For those that like HOT, this is the perfect blend of HEAT and meat tenderness......Another 10.
