I haven't read the order what has been pushed back the mediation? If it's the mediation it's meaningless, the judge still has to rule on the summery, I'm not sure why everyone is trying to link the mediation with a ruling on the summery but one has nothing to do with the other. The summery was sent to another judge for that judges recommendations only. From what some have posted the summery has been returned and we should be getting a ruling on this any day.
