The delay means absolutely nothing to the progress of the company. It may retard investment while others let risk capital ride elsewhere until the next phase approaches but they still run the risk of a dismissal, settlement, etc and then forced to chase. The longer this is drawn out, the better the risk/reward for $HJOE so th3 scales continue to go in their favor.

My guess is the majority of buying the last couple of weeks was from longs strengthening positions and not outside speculators looking to jump on a momo play
