means they know they will have to
dismiss this at some juncture..jmho. They have already switched legal teams once and probably again, to stall the inevitable.
This is where the court system is flawed, if you do this more than one time, they should throw the case out. This takes up the courts valuable time, this silly game of corporate chess.
