I am with you. The conversation we had indicated that the sub could get out as soon as he buys his portion back from IFCR. In the mean time they were going to prepare financials without Smith in there.
If you think about how you would handle this if you were in charge. The company is already late. Hold everything you can to keep the people who are causing you problems from getting an upper hand. Then release it all once the problem is resolved. Right now, you cant really hurt the share price and mostly flippers and litigants are selling. However, he does have to keep from being De-listed.
I would like to see Smith buy himself out and IFCR acquire some other companies to offset that income. Or Smith to fall back in to compliance and we all move forward. Dealing with small trucking companies is similar to trailer park politics. We need to grow bigger to deal with a better quality of people.
