Hi Mysterium - I am excited for the RM and pending news...so don't take me the wrong way. I have been holding SPCL since February and March. That said, what does Pixel gain from doing a RM with a sub-penny shell company with later filings? At first I assumed it was to save with an IPO but that doesn't make all that much sense since if a multi-million dollar private company does an IPO they take in all the cash from the common shares they issue (lets assume a double digit millions issued with a price of a couple dollars per or even just a $1.00 per is a fair amount of cash). that certainly would be worth the time and expense in my opinion. so I ponder on that and wonder why I cant find anything online outside of the 8K ? nothing from Pixel or the like (common practice? I assume anyway) I hate to play devils advocate but wondering how you and others view these items?
