I hope they're ready for the demand. Most jerky tastes like rawhide. Some have a tough outer layer that has a stringy, almost fatty taste, at least to me. People in 7-eleven's and C-stores get to pick from Jim's, Ball park, Jack's, King's County etc, I don't think people have experienced the type of jerky that is begin described. If it blows off of the shelves, they best be ready with tons of replenishments. Could be their leading seller as others have been saying.
