Its a matter of record, Washington State and Colorado legalized recreational use of marijuana. Hence , the Flower children thrive. IMO, Pete Carroll "Sold Out"...Threw it to the other team...If a legitimate goal line stand was made against "THE BEAST" ....so be it....But it did not happen.
