ZWAG Box Facebook. Of the limited number of legitimate ZWAG Box customers that have chosen to pass any comment on Facebook, at least 3 are outside the USA - in Australia, Norway and Canada. As only 11 business postal days have elapsed since the first of the boxes could have been dispatched, it is hardly surprising that they have not been delivered to those locations considering the need to clear customs.

It has also been reported by someone in Australia, that their credit card / bank has refused a charge back refund as they cannot prove they did not receive the item. Presumably REDG will be able to prove - via tracking - that they did dispatch the items.

There are now a large number of responses appearing from company representatives so I will start another post for those.
