Hot off the campaign trail, a prominent Republican acknowledges a simple fact!
Take it away, LA Times.
"I believe Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. I accept his birthplace," Indiana Gov. Mike Pence told reporters on Wednesday, declining to say if he thinks Trump should apologize.
OK, "I accept his birthplace" is a weird Hoosierish way of putting it, but Pence is plainly positioning himself to lead the Empirical Reality wing of the Republican base in 2020.
Sources say both of those people were very impressed .
Pierce is being generous with that head count. I think that 'wing' is either a unicorn or a Dodo bird. LOL!
