Yes ITW I think you're off base... James was specifically speaking about SS and reducing shares when he said they're focused on getting it to one-billion and under with his desire to be at 400M shares but probably 800M.
The way the Market normally works is based on Supply and Demand.. and even more so in the case of TPAC for the pps would be based on company/business GROWTH... the business grows, the pps follows.
