based on the split *fills* ... imo bid @ 032 is legit
note the last round of *trades* .. i strongly suspect one set goes to X (legit bid)
and the other *tasked* for this month's *accountability* .. most likely PRIMARY
or SECONDARY *reporting* to FINRA for Sept 2016 (info out approx 10.10.16)
