Looking at the inaccurate but nevertheless interesting Level 2 from http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CTIX/quote , it's VERY interesting that there is an offer of 1726 shares at 1.49. Weird number of shares to show up there, and there haven't been many significant blocks shown in the past until 1.50. Usually there were just a few token 100 or 200 share lots until 1.50. So this looks odd, am wondering if it's some kind of signal to the market makers. Or maybe it's just some impatient person who bought a little bit to trade back around a buck and is genuinely selling. If so, they gonna be sorry.
