Wrote Jerry yesterday with regards to when to set the SH Meet date. Suggested since Meet will be in Oct any possibility of having that end of Oct as weather would be cooler and that would help some fellow shareholders attend without having to make separate air flights - as we'll be out for the TX Motor Speedway 500 mi. race Nov 5th - and will come in a week prior.

He was accommodating and replied back --

"Thanks and for your information we are already fully reporting as of august 22, 2016. Yes late October is good and cool. Eagle Spirit looks good. Thanks for being a shareholder."

I didn't question the OTCQB comment but thought we still have the caveat of having to get financials filed in order to complete the OTCQB upgrade.

For those that come here with questions - I suggest that getting any questions you have concisely answered - Go to the source and ask questions of management- they don't bite - and have always answered any question that I've asked..
