Re: Junkstocklady #10431
It took $BCAP months to stabilize following the last dilutive financing. If you look back at trading volumes in November 2011 - March 2012, you see the massive dumping of stock by the toxic financiers and the collapse in share price.
O/S has been frozen since November 2011. Maybe the argument is that Matt should have diluted the company further and run promos to raise funds faster??? That's much more harmful to shareholders over the long-term, and anyone watching dilutive stocks should be able to confirm that.
When I look at the share price on 12/09/2011: $0.0003, vs on 12/07/2012: $0.0006, I'm OK with that. Sure I would love it to be at $0.0060, but the paperwork phase needs to be completed before rushing ahead with major revenue generation.
On balance, $BCAP is being established correctly, but its been slower than anyone would like. You can call Matt and he'll tell you the same thing. He wants the audit done and in the rearview mirror.
With respect to share price: With $BCAP you know the share price movement is attributable to the whims of its shareholders and not massive share dumps from the company / toxic financiers. Everyone experienced that story and it wasn't good (and it never is).
The key message is that when the paperwork phase is complete, revenues will start rolling in and $BCAP will rise with its share structure undamaged. We're not far from that point.
