Looks like if we have smart new money coming in it won't be first thing in the morning. Looks like the manipulators have moved back to an old strategy, back to letting the morning bounce around then dumping into the afternoon to control the close. They are covering and doing so as quick as they can, but there aren't very many real shares floating around, hope $CTIX makes them pay BIG real soon!
Smart money will be buying all the shares in the afternoon that these ass clowns use to manipulate. That's why yesterday's after hours trade of 1.389 for 25,000 shares, to protect it from investors and use for their covering shorts.
All that goes out the window with a SP moving PR, which can happen anytime soon!
