I emailed Fred today and asked if they had signed a 30 day extension. I just received this response:
"There is more than meets the eye going on. Everything is in order, I wish these items were easy" This is all that he said.
Another person on this board pm'd me that Fred told him "everyone is at the table" and as I just stated in my earlier post, he emailed me today that "no one has walked"
It seems that there are probably more than 2 parties and/or a contingency involved in this transaction- maybe the note holders, the FDA, the Army, a new funding source?
