VNDM is now on ASK at their systematic 10K at 14.
now - are they putting new shares in the market or is this a MM taking advantage of their ability to SS with a company/ticker that has a very narrow audience and limited liability of a runaway share price? there has been systematic high shorting followed by what would appear to be high volume days that are covering a couple ticks down. as long as the company remains under the radar with little potential for a major shift in supply/demand - the MMs can short and cover with little risk. it has been extremely profitable for them the majority of the year.
what is the rationale for NOT putting out a PR on the $135MM SLA and emerged company?
as far as NVSOS documentation - i am only concerned with that due to the optics. however, back to the OTC world - ANY potential negative can be exploited and that seems like it should be an easy one to not only fix, but to turn it around and use it as a positive by subtly giving a big finger to the iLie crowd and let them find something else to harp on. while it isnt a major priority day to day business- why provide easy fodder?
