Wise one your right big investment companies will not touch this stock until its at least $3.00 ps or in the NYSE or NASDAQ. But there is a ton off small investment companies and investors that are intelligent enough to do there own DD and are not willing to wait until this stock is at $3. and that is how the stock gets to $3 . But they will not invest in pinks and a lot of investment brokers don,t allow purchasing of pinks period. This stock will move up in the OTCQB regardless of what you or your brother say. So sorry your brother is part of an institution that doesn,t allow him to think outside the box.
