Agree - BUT thats the business ROSEN LAW FIRM is in. They are more or less just shake down artists. They will always be going after some company. Hate to think that it probably pays well as most companies will just pay them to go away. So till the law changes or way more companies take them to court to address this it will continue and ROSEN is far from the only one in this kind of practice.
Maybe there should be some kind of insurance made available , SULLIVAN or Ashcroft insurance , for the legit rule following companies.
