$BCAP isn't being financed through share sales. There's no reason for the stock price to be artificially pumped (which is what you've seen over the past 13 months).

News (PR's and filings) are released as updates for shareholders on the company's activities.

Once the regulatory PR's and issues are out the way (audit completion and S-1) I'm sure we'll be receiving many updates on revenue generating activities.

My company is regularly audited, and the annual audit takes 3 months to complete. $BCAP is trying to get five full years done. Give it a little time. I am sure Matt is as frustrated with the third party delays as all of us are.
