The cynic in me wonders if the laws are written in such a way that only another lawyer can benefit from suing a law firm for filing a frivolous lawsuit. (See: "the most common result is that the person filing a frivolous suit is ordered to pay the attorneys' fees and costs of suit incurred by the wronged party.".

I'm still hopeful though.
