Form 4's are filed with the SEC when "insiders" obtain shares in the company. Unfortunately you see them often with Coates because every time a toxic loan is taken out, certain insiders get more shares to keep their percentage of the company while we are diluted.
But we don't have to worry about that anymore because in a press release a couple of months ago George said no more toxic loans. Oh, I guess except for this last one !
