Actually I liked that post, as I had the same thought. For OR to post 85M loan would feed into RE and skyrocket they stock price was in appropriate in my opinion. The 85 is a LOAN and thus hangs out debt on the balance sheet and this can not be overlooked. Albeit so that IR explained that it is contingent on a specific deal that would more than cover the payments -- this is information that should have been part of the initial information. And not something we need to go digging for.

All in all, very pleased by the thought and the answer by IR -- excitement growing day by day. Go Bill !!!
