I disagree. Sanctions are not justice. For Rosen, sanctions are just a cost of doing business. Real punishment becomes a possibility with the post sanction litigation. I will be disappointed if CTIX does not go after the bastards once this sanction "technicality" is in the past.
"Until we know I would prefer to believe that the quid pro quo for Rosen giving up their appeal for sanctions with prejuidice might be not making them a defendant in the litigation that is yet to be filed against Mako and those that employed him.
I know this is a longshot but for me that would be seeing justice served.
