Even if CTIX settles with Rosen and agrees not to sue for damages, that would not preclude a class action by CTIX shareholders against Rosen, et. al. The idea of turning the tables on Rosen really appeals to me. I wonder if Sullivan would take our case?
"Seems like sound logic to me, the "with prejudice" statement seals the deal imho. I imagine it will be legal fees plus some figure. The likelihood that the judge was going to hand down a large punitive settlement was minimal ( not saying it is right ). Sadly my guess is 1.75 million. I would love to be wrong as the true damages are somewhere north of 80 million. Sadly justice in this case will likely be left to the hands of law enforcement It's unfortunate, because this case is the poster child for displaying the rampant corruption in our present markets." - F1ash
