So...what's the possibility that Sullivan informed Rosen et al "we know what you did and here's proof" (in regards to Mako collaboration)? But, "We'll settle for half of what we are due in the interest of time, effort, and moving on.

In that case Rosey gets off w/out being utterly destroyed and or prison time (very attractive) and CTIX still gets a pretty penny—maybe a quarter?

Is that extortion/blackmail (those two always confused me), or just good old negotiation?

Either way I wonder if Bertolino is behind this, possibly at Sullivan's urging. I feel as though I trust Mgmt's ability to make the right decision but also would like to see Rosen get the comeuppance they deserve.

Either way, feels like a sea-change at CTIX. I never liked the bashing of Leo's Pr's as being too frequent, fluff...whatever, but kind of agreed. I think we're starting to act more "major league" I'm likely wrong, or have no idea exactly when, but IMO" the rubber's going to meet the road with this company pretty soon and a quarter mile can go by pretty fast.
