Still does not explain why down for so long with little to no communication. Generally there are contingency plans put in place for these adjustments so there is very little downtime so not to alienate the customer and or lose revenues. This is very strange from a business perspective but who knows with NTEK. Perhaps they have no other choice but restraint, perhaps this is the new NTEK, or perhaps new direction from another entity.
