I'll have to say, this voluntary dismissal surprised me. I expected Rosen to push that appeal to the bitter end. It's got me wondering if this might not be part of a bigger "settlement" with Rosen paying CTIX to drop their Motion for Sanctions. The market would probably like that but I would not like that. Because I want Sullivan to push the sanctions all the way and when the sanctions fight is over, then sue the bastards for $200 million in damages. Sweat'em till they bleed...
