I understand your feelings on this BigHank but at the end of the day it's all about branding. Our brand was down for over a week! Unacceptable. I run a buisnesses, and if I was down for a week and did not communicate to my patrons, it would compromise the integrity of my brand. No Beuno!!!! All it does is cast doubts about our ability or inability to conduct business in a meaningful, respectful manner to all who enjoys the value of a great brand. I'm still here and I'm not going anywhere, all I'm saying is that we're a tiny guppy in a mammoth ocean and we can't afford the slightest edge to our competitors. At this point and time in the game we need to up the steakes and double down, or we'll be chasing instead of leading. The fundamental mistakes they keep making is shooting us all in the foot. I kinda like my feet. Lol
