My ROKU-4 already has the earphones included and I can turn them up and down[sound].
I bought this at X-Mas of 2015.
The only problem I have is My Wife can't hear the Volume when I plug in the Ear Phone Jacks on my remote.
Cuts it right off!!
I believe I will call ROKU[if I can get them to answer the phone] and complain about this situation.
Or, just maybe this is the new feature that ROKU is referring to.
The earphones plugged in and also allowing others to hear the sound as well.
