I'm not expecting that, only because I've been here for a couple
years and nothing has come easy for this company. But, I would gladly
take your scenario and hope you are correct. If that comes to pass, so will
.01 in a heartbeat.(on that news alone) filing and getting current .02-.04.,

The key here is how the magistrate treats Hjoe summary evidence. If they throw
out the case, we are golden. I don't see KBM voluntarily doing that because once
it is dropped, I assume Hjoe will counter sue for damages to their corporate identity
and growth via bashers.
KBM is in trouble either way. They should take care of this issue now and deal with it
because Hjoe is coming after them regardless.
