Hillary was not held responsible for the 4 deaths in Benghazi, not by 8 GOP chaired, GOP majority, Commissions.
Bush presided over, was associated with, all that I listed. How much responsibility would YOU assign to him? To a Dem president presiding over exactly the same 'results'?
