I think you're right, but then that raises the question:
If you can't speak English well enough to be able to follow the instructions on how to buy the report, WHY would you want to buy a report that you wouldn't be able to read? ? And how would you have been able to read enough of their website to know what you wanted to buy, anyway? ? ?
