I'd like to believe he/they are being cautiously conservative... even with that... and in the end, it's not just BTL business or revenues to consider but so much more.
And don't forget, these are 'projections' likely based on what they already know from interested parties wanting the business... so much is happening overnight in terms of business growth and interest from others out there worldwide.
