I believe the only problem I will face during the festival is running out of product too soon. The amount of hits on my FB page tells me there is a huge interest in the jerky. Many of my co-workers want to buy some right now. I told them they are going to have to come to the festival to get it. I want to maximize my revenue from this event to help me move forward with reorders afterwards.
