Not at this point...... By diluting the hell of NTEK, we the shareholders by supporting the stock the way we did help build up the value in UF as NTEK kept their overhead cost down working with skeleton crew. Sure NTEK had several opportunities in the beginning to sell or partner up. But the offers to sell wasn't enough or they wanted to much stake in NTEK to partner up. DF knew what he had and he was not giving anything up until the time or the offer was right.
Well the time is right and UF now has REAL TRUE VALUE !!!!! Thanks to us shareholders that believed in the product .... In the technology...... In Dave Foley !!!!

It amazes me what NTEK was able to achieve with minimal financial $$$$ but with the only support of its shareholders.
There were reasons why NTEK has been silent all along. They didn't have to say anything..... THEY HAVE SHOWN US!!!! We are finally here...
Dave Foley the master mind that he is knew what he was doing. He wasn't giving any of it away. That's why he is sitting right now in a place and has learn from that mistake and he was not going to make that mistake again !!!!! This is his baby....
He is making sure that it's complete before any deals will happen.
I thought that Verizon was a good partner candidate. But I'm leaning more now then ever that we now have true value and we will have financial backing with a loan.
I feel that Dan Wong was there to get us to this point. I called and left a message for him to cal me back. Go right to the source to find out. Just another sign that something big will soon be happening!!!!!
