I know you were joking, but the penny flippers and anyone insane enough to short CTIX should take heed. There may be absolutely no warning whatsoever of a buyout offer. CYNA was down 9 cents today to $18.36. Imagine the smug satisfaction for the people holding a short position at 5:06 PM turning into shear terror at 5:07 PM when they realized it will open tomorrow at $40 a share.
